Jon Hjelm (pronounced 'yelm') grew up on a farm South of Royal in Clay County.  At Iowa State University he received a BS in Agricultural Business.  A member of Alpha Gamma Rho Fraternity.  A Realtor since 1981.  He founded The Acre Co. in 1988.  A graduate of Mason City College of Auctioneering.  Active in Farm Real Estate Sales, Exchanges, Multiple Ownership Sales, Development and Land Auctions.

Chuck Sikora

Chuck Sikora grew up on a farm northwest of Ayrshire in Palo Alto County. He received an Associate of Arts degree from Iowa Lakes Community College and attended Iowa State University. After college he farmed in the Ruthven area operating a cow/calf operation and also worked at and managed Spencer Livestock Sales. In 1995 he was a graduate of the Mason City College of Auctioneering and has been a Realtor since 2005.

Ben Hollesen

Ben Hollesen grew up in Sioux Rapids, Iowa.  While there Ben worked for a local farmer with livestock and row crop responsibilities which led to his passion for agriculture.  Ben graduated from South Dakota State University with a BS in Agronomy and a minor in Ag Business.  While attending SDSU Ben was an active member of Alpha Gamma Rho and several other college organizations.  After graduation Ben worked for 2 years for Boyer Valley Fertilizer in South Sioux City, NE. Ben’s primary responsibilities included making fertilizer, seed, chemical and GPS recommendations to local producers.  Ben has spent 8 years in the seed business holding various positions as an Agronomist, Field Sales Manager and Regional Sales Manager for NK Brand Seeds.  Ben is a licensed Real Estate Agent in Iowa and holds a CCA (Certified Crop Advisor) certificate.  Ben’s vast knowledge of production agriculture will be of great benefit to those considering buying or selling Ag Real Estate.
